These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Payment Terms

Subscription charges are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payments must be made in full. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Billing > Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

12. Account Termination

LeadSelect reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you must cease using the service immediately.

13. Data Backup

While we maintain backups, LeadSelect does not guarantee permanent data availability. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of important data.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on LeadSelect, including software, features, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Clicks Bazaar Technologies Pvt Ltd or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without explicit permission.
