Getting Started
Visit our homepage and click "Start Free Trial". Enter your email, create a password, and complete your profile. You'll have access to the full Professional plan for 14 days with no credit card required.
Go to Settings > Integrations. Click "Connect" next to your lead source (Facebook, Google, 99 Acres, etc.). Authorize the connection using OAuth or API credentials. Leads will start flowing automatically.
Go to Settings > Team. Click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and select their role (Admin, Manager, Agent). They'll receive an invitation email and can join immediately.
Lead Management
Click "Leads" in the main navigation. You'll see all your leads in a table view with filters. Use the search bar to find specific leads, or use filters to narrow by status, property type, budget, etc.
Click "Leads" then "Add Lead". Fill in the lead details (name, phone, email, property interest, budget, etc.) and click Save. You can also bulk import leads from CSV.
Click on a lead to open their profile. You'll see a timeline of all interactions (calls, emails, SMS, notes). All communications are logged automatically. Add notes or tags to track important details.
Automations
Go to Settings > Automations. Create a new automation rule: "When lead arrives from Facebook, assign to Priya". Leads matching your criteria will be assigned automatically.
Click on a lead and create a task. Set the task date and time. You'll receive a notification at the scheduled time. Or create an automation rule for recurring reminders (e.g., remind every 3 days if no response).
Go to Settings > Workflows. Define triggers (when a lead arrives, when status changes) and actions (send email, assign task, move to pipeline stage). Set conditions and save your workflow.
Reports & Analytics
Go to Dashboard. The default view shows your pipeline with leads grouped by stage. See total lead count, deal value, and forecast. Customize the view using filters and date ranges.
Go to Reports > Team Performance. See conversion rates, deals closed, and pipeline by agent. Compare performance over time and identify trends. Export data for detailed analysis.
Go to Reports > Lead Sources. See conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROI by source. Identify your best-performing sources and optimize your marketing spend accordingly.
Integrations
We support 16+ platforms: Facebook, Google, 99 Acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, IVR systems, webhooks, website forms, and more.
Go to Settings > Webhooks. Create a new webhook endpoint. Get your unique webhook URL and configure your external system to send data to this URL. LeadSelect will automatically create leads from incoming data.
Check the integration status in Settings > Integrations. Look for error messages and reconnect if needed. Check your API credentials and ensure they have proper permissions. Contact support if issues persist.
Billing & Plans
Yes! Go to Settings > Billing > Plan. Click "Change Plan" and select your new plan. Changes take effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the difference.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, bank transfers, and checks. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method to update your payment information.
